Professor Fares Mohammed Suhail, Assistant Dean for Administrative and Financial Affairs at the College of Agriculture, University of Diyala, participated as a member of the comprehensive examination committee for the PhD student Shahad Mohammed Bandar at the College of Agriculture, University of Anbar.
