Dean’s Message
My dear students,
Our college, which was founded in 2004, is truly one of the best schools of agriculture and life sciences in the world. Here, our students feel at home and, with the help of excellent faculty mentors, they become outstanding leaders on campus and in organizations. Our aim is to prepare you to be leaders not only in your chosen fields, but also in society at large. The college comprises four departments and boasts more than 85 faculty members and over 94 employees. Additionally, it houses the Office of Agricultural Consultancy and a distinguished scientific journal.
I invite each and every one of you to take pride in being a part of Diyala University. The graduates of the University of Diyala are now shining symbols of progress for our nation. They contribute to their country what they have learned at Diyala University, showcasing loyalty to the homeland and the ability to create a better future.
I confidently inform you that Diyala University is currently implementing an action plan for the development of programs and curriculum that aligns with the scientific needs and developmental requirements of our time.
My sons and daughters,
Since taking on the responsibility of college administration, I have dedicated myself to the mission of elevating the college in all aspects, aiming for it to attain a prominent position among the best colleges within the university. To achieve this, we emphasize the creation of a harmonious atmosphere among students, faculty, and staff, fostering collaboration and unity in advancing the educational process and fulfilling our mission in scientific research.
Consequently, we strive to provide extensive opportunities for the graduates of the University of Diyala through collaborations with prominent institutions within the country and abroad. Let us recognize the value of our university and our country, and let us learn how we can maintain and enhance them.
The task of advancing our university lies upon all of us. Each individual, according to their position, shares the responsibility of working towards a better future for our beloved country, Iraq. It is through these collective efforts that we lead ourselves towards goodness and reform.
May peace, mercy, and blessings be upon you all.
We express our gratitude for your continued support.
