The Dean of the College of Agriculture presides over the committee for the doctoral thesis defense at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences at the University of Baghdad.

The esteemed Dean of the College of Agriculture at Diyala University, Professor Dr. Raed Ibrahim Khalil, presided over the committee for the doctoral thesis defense of the student Hamza Youssef, titled “Comparison of the Effects of Certain Sperm Separation Techniques and Antioxidants, and Omega-3 in Improving the Quality of Semen in Poor-Quality Holstein Bulls.” At the outset of the discussion, the student presented a summary of his thesis, outlining the objectives of his study, the results, conclusions, and recommendations derived from his research. The committee subsequently engaged in a discussion on the subject of the thesis and recommended the conferral of the doctoral degree upon the student.
